Nurhadi Sembunyikan Harta, KPK Dalami Modusnya

Jakarta – Diduga menyembunyikan asetnya Mantan Sekretaris Mahkamah Agung (MA). Dari keterangan pihak swasta digalinya hal itu, Sudirman, yang diperiksa pada Senin, 08 Maret 2021.

  
Ali enggan membeberkan lebih detail aset yang dimaksud akan tetapi yang dilakukan Nurhadi menjadikan aset itu diduga kuat berhubungan dengan rasuah.


Nurhadi sejatinya sudah disidang atas kasus suap penanganan perkara di MA. Jaksa penuntut umum (JPU) pada KPK meminta hakim menjatuhkan hukuman menantu Nurhadi, Rezky Herbiyono, dituntut 11 tahun penjara dan sementara itu 12 tahun penjara kepada Nurhadi.


Jaksa juga meminta Nurhadi dan Rezky dikenakan pidana denda masing-masing Rp1 miliar dan bila keduanya tidak bisa membayar, denda diganti dengan hukuman penjara enam bulan.


Hakim juga diharap mewajibkan dengan keduanya membayar uang pengganti Rp83,013 miliar dan keduanya wajib melunasi uang pengganti dalam waktu setahun.
