Liverpool memastikan diri lolos ke Liga Champions usai menduduki peringkat ketiga setelah mengalahkan Crystal Palace dengan skor 2-0.
Gol kemenangan Liverpool dalam pertandingan ini diborong oleh Sadio Mane meneruskan umpan Roberto Firmino pada gol pertama dan assist Mohamad Salah untuk gol kedua.

Sementara, Leicester gagal mengamankan tempat keempat di klasemen akhir Liga Inggris atau zona Liga Champions, usai takluk 2-4 melawan Tottenham Hotspur.
Dua gol Leicester dalam pertandingan ini diborong Jamie Vardi pada menit ke-18 dan ke-52. Sedangkan, gol Tottenham dicetak oleh Harry Kane, gol bunuh diri Kasper Schmeichel, dan dua gol Gareth Bale.
Pada pertandingan lainnya, Chelsea tumbang 1-2 dari Aston Villa. Kekalahan ini membuat Chelsea menempati urutan keempat klasemen akhir Liga Inggris musim ini dan otomatis lolos ke Liga Champions.
Gol sematawayang Chelsea dicetak oleh Ben Chilwell pada menit ke-70. Sedangkan, gol Aston Villa dilesakkan Bertrand Traore dan Anwar El-Ghazi lewat penalti.

Kesuksesan tersebut juga diikuti tim sekotanya, Manchester United yang berhasil menang 2-1 atas Wolverhampton Wanderers. Dua gol Manchester United diciptakan Anthony Elanga dan Juan Mata.
Kemenangan juga diraih Arsenal dengan skor 2-0 atas Brighton & Hove Albion. Dua gol Arsenal diborong oleh Nicolas Pepe.
